Together Mentorship Programme

Together Mentorship Programme

Become part of shaping the next generation of global leaders. Together connects people whose experience, scale of thinking, and impact are already shaping today — and defining the future.

How the Programme Works

Selection of a mentee

We carefully select several candidates for you based on their motivational letters. You then choose the individual with whom you feel the strongest intellectual and personal connection.

Format of interaction

Mentorship sessions take place online once or twice a month, in a format that suits both of you. Conversations may centre around education, career direction, leadership, navigating difficult decisions, or taking first steps within a profession.

The depth of the conversation

A mentor works with a one mentee — a school or university student who has demonstrated their potential in the Together programmes, is highly motivated, and is keen to shape their own future.

Real result

Sometimes, a single conversation with the right person is enough to expand one’s sense of what is possible. Meetings like these give both sides a boost.

Each mentor is paired with one mentee — a school or university student who has already distinguished themselves within Together programmes, demonstrates strong intrinsic motivation to learn, and aspires to shape their future, their community, and the wider world.

We have already built a community of young people who have completed a competitive selection process and are ready to grow — you can become part of this journey by sharing your experience with those ready to learn from it.

Together mentors work with participants who bring high motivation, critical thinking and strong potential, making this experience both meaningful and inspiring for mentors themselves. These are the kinds of interactions that energise.

For many of our mentors, this experience becomes not only an opportunity to give back, but also a rare space for genuine meaning, intellectual depth, and authentic human connection.

Who You Will Work With

These are people with real-world experience, influence and an experience, who are keen to share their knowledge.

Who You Will Work With

We work with Ukrainian teenagers and young adults aged 13 to 21 — talented, driven, and deeply eager to learn.

Many of them are growing up in challenging circumstances and have limited access to high-quality education or international environments.

Yet we do not define them by their circumstances — we see their potential.

These are young people who think far beyond their years, are prepared to work hard, and aspire to create meaningful change — in their own lives, within their communities, and globally.

Why It Matters

Mentorship at Together is neither a formal title nor a symbolic gesture.

It is an opportunity to pass on not only knowledge, but also a way of thinking, a scale of vision, inner discipline, and a sense of standards — the qualities that shape leaders.

At the same time, it is an experience that gives a great deal in return.

When you work alongside a young person who genuinely wants to grow, the relationship becomes dynamic, meaningful, and mutually enriching.

Across today’s global business and professional communities, investing in the growth of others is becoming a new standard.

This is not about performative philanthropy — it is about conscious impact and long-term value.

To be part of this process is to remain connected to meaning, energy, and the generation that will shape the future.

Why It Matters

Become part of the change with Together

Together brings together people whose experience, breadth of thinking and influence are already shaping the present — and determining the future.

We are forming a mentoring circle, to which we invite only those who work at a high level and are ready to invest their time in developing the next generation.

You will work with exceptional young people — ambitious, curious, and internally strong. They learn quickly, ask deep questions and genuinely value knowledge. These are the interactions that give energy.
