Career Guidance Programme for Teenagers
The “Career Guidance for Teenagers” project is a structured initiative by the Together Charity Foundation aimed at helping young people identify their professional interests and gain a clear understanding of future career pathways. More than 350 teenagers have already participated in the programme, gaining access to practical experience and new knowledge that build confidence and a stronger sense of their own potential.
The programme covers key contemporary fields, including information technology, engineering, culinary arts, construction, creative industries, and woodworking. Each module combines theory with hands-on practice and includes workshops, site visits, and direct interaction with industry professionals.
Among the project’s early partners are ONUR Group Ukraine, Fest SoftServe and other outstanding businesses in Ukraine. Participants had the opportunity to visit their facilities, explore production processes, testing laboratories, and modern IT solutions, gaining first-hand insight into real industry standards and working environments.
Career guidance sessions go beyond introducing professions — they allow teenagers to experience them from the inside. Participants can ask questions, engage in practical tasks, and better understand their own interests and strengths. This experience supports more informed educational choices and encourages them to set ambitious yet realistic goals.
The project also engages children from temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced families. Each session creates a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where young people can explore new opportunities, broaden their perspectives, and begin to believe in their own potential.
This initiative goes beyond traditional career guidance. It helps develop essential future skills — critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and personal responsibility for one’s choices. These learning experiences become a foundation for confident, informed, and strategic career paths.
